A Successful Trip to Rainier

Congrats to Tom's students Angela Sondenaa and "Spot" for their 4th place finish in the Beginner Novice Division at the NWEC Fall Horse Trials. This was Angela's very first recognized event and what a great start. Tom's great coaching and sense of humor made it a memorable event for all.

Margo Maresca finished 6th in the Novice Division aboard Joshua and Sandy Flowers finished on her dressage score on her home bred mare TF Fancy Lady. Chris Montfort had an unfortunate stop and near splat on the ground during cross-country. Scooter thought it was mighty amusing but stood still while she hiked herself back into the saddle.

Join us for other events this season. Extra hands are always welcome and it is a great event to watch or participate in. We bring plenty of great food and libations and thanks also to the helper horse husbands who did a fine job cooking, tacking up and putting studs in all of the horse's shoes.
